Andrew Black is the Chief Executive Officer of Plan B Group Holdings Limited.
Andrew joined the Plan B Group in 2011 with 30 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. He has held board and executive management positions including Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Skandia Australia Ltd, General Manager of Private Bank, Investment Lending and Directshares and was a member of the Wealth Executive at St George Bank Ltd.
Over the past decade Andrew has had great success in developing, leading and implementing a strong value-based culture resulting in superior customer experience and advocacy supported by engaged and committed staff. In this time, he has had full end-to-end business responsibilities including commercial and cultural outcomes to achieve customer, employee and shareholder stakeholder outcomes as determined by the board.
Earlier in his career, Andrew gained extensive experience in leading and managing customer-oriented business functions both nationally and internationally across distribution, lending, collections and operations.
Andrew's strategic leadership skills were demonstrated as a mentor in the Australian Israeli Chamber of Commerce's mentorship program in 2007 and 2008.
